SPEAKERS

Nikki Wilson
Chief Talent and Culture Officer, The Richards Group

Nikki Wilson joined The Richards Group in spring 2021 as the first CTCO in the agency’s 45-year history. Wilson brings two decades of people-first experience, most recently having led HR strategy, leadership development and workforce training for General Motors at the automotive leader’s Arlington, Texas, location. At TRG, she is spearheading cultural rebuild and DEI initiatives, leading all human resources functions, developing the agency’s workforce vision plan and advocating for a great employee experience.

Trent Walters
Principal/Brand Management, The Richards Group

Trent Walters is passionate about improving diversity in the marketing and communications industries, particularly in North Texas. His leadership was instrumental in TRG’s partnering with consultancy Do What Matters to take an open and honest assessment of the agency’s culture and chart a path forward, infusing DEI thinking across all disciplines. While at the University of North Texas, Trent was named one of the American Advertising Federation’s Top 25 Most Promising Minority Students – and in 25 years at The Richards Group, he has helped grow numerous both brands nationally and regionally. Along with Wilson, Walters is an advocate and leader for the agency’s employee resource groups and is focused on growing TRG’s community outreach, diverse supplier program and engagement of DFW middle and high school students in advertising career opportunities.

Greg Miller
Principal/Public Relations, The Richards Group

Greg Miller is a principal in the agency’s department focused on public relations, public affairs, cause branding and issues management for national, regional and local clients. His 11 years at The Richards Group have included everything from juggling the international debut of Cirque du Soleil performances to the local launch of the Visit Dallas “BIG” campaign to establishing North Texas as an epicenter for esports. Greg is a 2021 PRSA Dallas 40 Under 40 honoree.
