The past two years have brought unparalleled challenges for brands navigating the impact of a global pandemic, economic recession, changing workforce and more. The greater the challenge, the more necessary it is for brands to step up as leaders and build trust with stakeholders by communicating with transparency, sensitivity and grace.

Come hear Ron DeFeo, American Airlines’ senior vice president and chief communications officer, and other members of the Corporate Communications team, share lessons and insights they have gained managing communications at this global airline.

After the presentation and Q&A period, attendees will have the option to participate in a speed networking session with American Airlines senior leaders and enjoy a tour of its new headquarters campus.

Limit to 30 tickets due to AA’s Covid restrictions. No walkups.
