PRSA Dallas 12/4 holiday bus tour and end-of-year holiday party.

Get ready for our annual holiday social with a new twist, complete with a tacky Christmas sweater party. Your PRSA Dallas bus tour organizers will be donning some "classic" holiday sweaters just for you! We hope you'll join in the fun whether you're on the bus or at the holiday party - all forms of tacky holiday and Christmas sweaters are encouraged! And, in the spirit of giving, we're asking all our bus tour/holiday party attendees to please bring an unwrapped toy with you. We will be collecting the toys and donating them to Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS). BBBS is specifically looking for board games and sports equipment (basketballs, footballs, soccer balls, jump ropes, hula hoops, etc.). Or, you can bring a gift card (BBBS is asking for Wal-Mart gift cards) but any major retailer will work. Thank you in advance for helping PRSA Dallas make a few BBBS children and their families smile this holiday season with your donations!

On Thursday, Dec. 4th, PRSA Dallas is hosting a new members-only event that we're calling the "PR Passport of Dallas" which will precede our annual holiday party. The event is from 4:30 - 6 PM (check-in  begins at 4 PM at Three Sheets - Ross Ave. location) and involves "a PR bus tour of Dallas" on a chartered bus. Come along for the ride as we briefly tour some hot spots in and around downtown Dallas to commemorate the history of Dallas' PR community, brands and media. Our PR bus tour emcee will be on board to recount vintage PR stories, trivia and memories as relayed to us from some of our seasoned PRSA Dallas members. The inaugural PR Passport of Dallas is sure to be a hit and a great way to celebrate the year with PRSA Dallas members. We will have goodie bags, refreshments throughout the drive and fun conversation. PRSA Dallas members, make plans to join us. Tickets are only $20 - space is limited! The bus tour will end back at Three Sheets where you can immediately walk into the second half of our PRSA Dallas holiday celebration...

If you aren't able to join us on the bus tour portion, don't miss our annual holiday party at Three Sheets (Ross Ave. location) from 6 - 8 PM. The holiday happy hour is our end-of-year celebration open to both members and non-members. This is a FREE holiday party for PRSA Dallas members, but you must register before the event. ($10 at the door without registration). Non-members are $10 with advance registration ($15 at the door without registration). PRSA Dallas will provide food at the holiday party, but drinks are on your own tab - there will be various drink specials that evening.

Come hang out, ride a bus, network and help us congratulate our 2014 officers, board chairs and their committee members for all they have accomplished this year. Cheers to a great year!

Event timeline and parking instructions:

- Bus tour event: 4:30 - 6 PM (Bus check-in is from 4 - 4:30 PM at Three Sheets - 3113 Ross Ave, Dallas, TX 75204. Bus tour pick up/drop off location is at Three Sheets)
Valet parking is available at Three Sheets for $5/car. Bring cash with you! Please note, the bus will leave at 4:30 sharp so please allow sufficient time for arrival, allowing for traffic. The bus will drop us back off at Three Sheets so you can head straight into the holiday party after the tour.
*No cancellations/refunds after Friday, Nov. 28th. Deadline to register is Monday, Dec. 1, at 5:00pm.
