Francesca knows what it takes for leaders to be successful. She served on the Board of Directors of Advance Auto Parts, a Fortune 500 retailer.  As a member of the senior leadership teams at PetSmart, Inc. and RadioShack Corporation, she held the chief human resource officer roles. At Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. she was VP of Organizational Development. In these roles Francesca maximized talent to deliver results. She has been recognized by Human Resources Executive and the State of Texas Governor’s Committee on Workforce Development for her Innovative Programs.

Cathrine is a graduate of the London Image Institute and a certified Image Consultant. For 23 years, she has been actively working in media, including film, commercials, video production and print. She consults with individuals as well as entire firms to help them communicate their intended message by aligning the non-verbal messages with the verbal.

Event cancellation requests must be submitted via email to Liz Kennedy and received by 5pm  Monday, Jan. 5 to receive a full refund. Cancellation requests received after this time and date will not receive a refund due to our guarantee policies with the facility.

***Substitution Policy:
Attendee substitutions from within the same company may be made at any time but must be requested in writing. Please send an email to Liz Kennedy to request a substitution. Substitutions are not confirmed until you receive written approval from PRSA.
