I obviously have to then ask if they’ve actually done any of that. But why does it have to be this difficult?

Susan Warren is the Dallas Bureau Chief of Bloomberg News and has worked for more than 30 years as a reporter and editor in Texas. Before joining Bloomberg in 2009, she was Texas Chief for the Wall Street Journal for 15 years, and spent 10 years as a reporter for the Houston Chronicle, covering local, national and international news. Over the course of her career, Susan has built relationships with PR professionals across the industry: from corporate teams to major consulting houses, and from independent contractors to government reps.
